From spreadsheet request to despatch normally takes no more than four business hours, and is commonly performed within one hour.

First, the spreadsheet you request will be sent to you as an email attachment.

Then, a second email will follow containing the spreadsheet password^** for which you will be prompted upon opening the spreadsheet the first time. Entry of this password fully enables the spreadsheets operation.

^** NOTE: Store the password safely. Although you do not require it each time the spreadsheet is opened you will be asked to re-enter it once in every three to four hundred file openings.
